‘F’ DOUBLING

This is the same principle as the other Doublings.  The first gracenote is still High ‘G’ but this time the note in the middle and at the end is an ‘F’ and the gracenote used to double the note is a High ‘G’.

Order of Events:

1.         Starting note - ‘D’ in example 25.
2.         Open High ‘G’ gracenote.
3.         Change to ‘F’.
4.         Close High ‘G’ gracenote.
5.         Double ‘F’ with a High ‘G’ gracenote.
6.         End on ‘F’.
When coming from High ‘G’ remember to use the Thumb Gracenote (example 26):
1.         High ‘G’.
2.         Open thumb gracenote.
3.         Change to F.
4.         Close thumb gracenote
5.         Double  ‘F’ with a High ‘G’ gracenote.
6.         End on ‘F’.
This is different when coming from High ‘A’ (example 27):
 1.         High ‘A’.
2.         Change to F (remember to put your thumb on last).
3.         Double  ‘F’ with a High ‘G’ gracenote.
4.         End on ‘F’.
Example 25 -  ‘F’ DOUBLING FROM ‘D’.
