This is the same as a Low ‘A’ Doubling except that the note being doubled in the middle is ‘B’!

Order of Events:
1.         Starting note - ‘D’ in example 13.
2.         Open High ‘G’ gracenote.
3.         Change to ‘B’.
4.         Close High ‘G’ gracenote.
6.         Double ‘B’ with a ‘D’ gracenote.
7.         End on ‘B’.
When coming from High ‘G’ remember to use the Thumb Gracenote (example 14):
1.         High ‘G’.
2.         Lift thumb.
3.         Change to ‘B’.
4.         Put down thumb.
6.         Double  ‘B’ by cutting it with a ‘D’ gracenote.
7.         End on ‘B’.
This is different when coming from High ‘A’ (example 15)
1.         High ‘A’.
2.         Lift ‘B’ finger.
3.         Put down High ‘A’ (move thumb last).
4.         Double  ‘B’ with a ‘D’ gracenote.
5.         End on ‘B’.
