Pipewriter
Pipewriter is a program written by Alan Corrie developed in collaboration with Lindsay Davidson in the late 1990s. It was published by The Complete Piping Service (no longer trading) and was later released for free download via the pipewriter website. The program is used for writing and playing back tunes. Many such products are now available on the market, often with very advanced sound options. This program is free to help you learn. It can be used to assist in the learning process and in preparing material for pipe bands. Click here to download about 100 tunes and the program itself in a zip file. Open the zip file then click on 'setup', and the rest should be automatic from there.
